Client Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution

Service Dissatisfaction Protocol

Clients experiencing dissatisfaction with rendered services shall access their account using the registered payment email. Password recovery is available via the designated "Forgot Password" functionality.

Upon login, clients must identify the deficient engagement and initiate an issue report. The matter will be escalated to the designated Manager for expedited resolution. NOBLE INDIA DELIGHT TAX AND BUSINESS SOLICITORS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED assumes full accountability for delays attributable to our operations; however, delays arising from governmental authorities or client-submitted incomplete/incorrect documentation remain outside our control and liability.

Refund and Cancellation Provisions

Thirty-Day Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the payment date. NOBLE INDIA DELIGHT TAX AND BUSINESS SOLICITORS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED deems its service obligations fully discharged upon granting platform access or service initiation. Thereafter, the client bears sole responsibility for all subsequent actions and outcomes.

Administrative Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a mandatory 20% cancellation charge to offset processing and administrative expenses.

Service Modification Requests

Requests to amend ordered services to alternative packages must be received within seven (7) days of payment to accommodate selection errors.

Formal Refund Initiation Procedure

Clients shall log into their account and access the support portal to commence refund proceedings. Concurrently, a formal email must be dispatched to hello@nobleindiafilings.com including complete transaction particulars. Refunds, once validated, will be processed within three (3) to five (5) weeks of receiving all requisite documentation.

We expressly disclaim liability for any penalties, taxes, or ancillary costs incurred by clients during or post-service. Similarly, we assume no responsibility for governmental process outcomes or associated completion expenses.

Uncontrollable External Factors

NOBLE INDIA DELIGHT TAX AND BUSINESS SOLICITORS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED cannot warrant outcomes for services contingent upon external variables, including but not limited to:

  • Governmental rejections of applications (e.g., trademarks) due to substantive legal deficiencies unrelated to service execution.
  • Processing delays stemming from official backlogs or platform disruptions (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, or FSSAI portals).

Such occurrences fall outside our purview and do not qualify for refund consideration. Services by independent associates or third parties operate under their respective terms, excluded from our refund guarantees.

Force Majeure Clause
